La nature K is a baked sweets shop by Kohei Kawamata,
sous chef at Ginza Hirayama.
The concept is "Pure deliciousness".
We believe that one of the elements of good taste is health,
and we make additive-free and white-sugar-free sweets,
we giving priority to additive-free and organic ingredients,
both domestic and foreign.
We are also working on packaging aimed at de-plasticising,
participating in a children's canteen together with the regional administration,
and gradually doing what we can for the future.

Kawamata, Kohei. Born in Ibaraki.
After graduating from a local culinary school, he met and studied under Hirayama Yuya at Kyoto Yutaka Tokyo restaurant.
He is a founding member of Ginza Hirayama and still works as sous-chef under Hirayama.
While taking charge of various course meals as well as desserts, he found it interesting to make genoise.
His simple confectionery creations became loved by customers, which led to the opening of La nature K.
